📦 How Much Time Does Order Processing Take

Every order is handled within 3–7 business days, not including weekend or public holiday days.

After your order has been processed and sent, you will get an email telling you how to track your shipment.

Please understand: Because of heavy traffic at holidays or big sales, it can take a little longer to process your order, but we always try to get it to you as soon as we can.

There are several shipping methods you can choose from and rates are displayed for each method.

Currently, we deliver items only to addresses in the United States.

Shipping overseas is presently unavailable, but we’re putting in the hard work to make it happen.

Any order under $50 is charged a flat rate of $4.99.

Your package could arrive earlier or later than expected because of your area or hold-ups by the courier.

📍Response for: Track Your Order

When your package goes out, you’ll be notified by email with both a tracking number and a link. Go to your Bagoza Shop online account anytime to see your order status.

You should reach out to us at [email protected] if you didn’t receive your tracking number within 3 days after you ordered.

📦 Delivery Information

You can ship your items to homes and commercial addresses anywhere in the U.S. Shipments are not currently made to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Depending on stock and the warehouse, orders may be delivered in several packages. If somebody isn’t there to receive the package, the courier might try to deliver it again or place it in a safe spot.

Very occasionally, deliveries could be put on hold because of weather, problems with the carrier or more orders than normal.
